Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with the Ramp Online Bookstore! Every purchase supports our mission to awaken a generation. We want you to be fully satisfied with your order, and we’re committed to working with you to make things right.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on apparel within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition. If something isn’t right—whether it arrived damaged or incorrect —we’re here to help.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at store@theramp.org with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Photo(s) if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the item and offer either a full refund or an exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Digital Products

All digital products (eBooks, downloads, etc.) are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
