1. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During conference seasons or high-volume times, fulfillment may take slightly longer, but we will always do our best to ship your order quickly.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer standard and expedited shipping throughout the United States. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Estimated delivery times (after fulfillment):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

3. International Shipping

Yes, we do ship internationally!

Please note:

  • International shipping rates are significantly higher and are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • International delivery times vary widely depending on the country but typically range from 7–21 business days.

While we’re grateful to serve our global family, we understand international shipping can be costly. We always recommend grouping items together in one order when possible.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. If you do not receive tracking within 7 days of placing your order, contact us at [insert store support email].

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with you to make it right.

6. Address Accuracy

Please confirm that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
