Cancellation policy

We’re honored that you’ve chosen to invest in resources from the Ramp Online Bookstore. Below you’ll find information on how purchases work and what options are available if you need to cancel or modify an order.

1. Purchase Options

We offer a variety of resources including:

• Physical books and merchandise

• Digital downloads (such as eBooks or PDFs)

• Limited-edition or conference-exclusive items (when available)

All pricing is displayed in USD. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

2. Order Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely fulfillment, orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at store@theramp.org or call us at (205) 921-0909. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We cannot guarantee order cancellations after the order has entered the fulfillment stage.

3. Digital Products

All purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable. Please ensure the correct item is selected before completing your purchase.

4. Pre-Orders or Special Releases

If you place a pre-order or purchase a limited release item, cancellation is only possible before the fulfillment process begins. We will clearly indicate estimated ship dates for pre-orders on the product page.

5. Conference Season Policy

Please note that during conference weekends, our team is fully engaged in ministry activities, and cancellations or modifications may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding and grace during these times.
